DUBYA: They’re going to want to help. The — and Laura went down there to analyze the PEPFAR program, since — and we’ve had an interest — certainly not quite as deep as Bill’s. He and the Secretary of State have spent a lot of time down there. We care about it. I care about it because if you see a neighbor in need, it’s important to help.
